I like saving time and I like it when tools make my work easier. That’s why I get excited when Digidesign adds simple, non-glamorous features to Pro Tools that help me accomplish both goals. Such is the case with the the Track Name Pop-Up Menus that were added to Pro Tools 7.3. It’s just a good, sensible feature that probably should have been there ages ago. Read more
Pro Tools Pre-release Available for Mac OS X Leopard

Digidesign recently announced the availability of a “pre-release” version of Pro Tools for Leopard. It provides expanded Mac OS X 10.5.3 Leopard compatibility. Pro Tools 7.4.2pr software is being provided as a convenience for Mac-based Pro Tools 7.4 users who may wish to begin their transition to Leopard before a fully tested and qualified version of Pro Tools becomes available.
